Haight Ashbury Neighborhood Council

The Haight Ashbury Neighborhood Council (HANC) is of the oldest and vibrant community groups in the famous Haight Ashbury Neighborhood in San Francisco. They are famous to having started one of the first San Francisco recycling centers. No other community group has such a history.
